This year we have started harvesting the variety Syrah on September 7th. On the 10th and the 11th we worked on the black Granache. The varieties white Granache amd Macabeo were picked on the 12th. On the 14th we ended with the black Granache and started the Merlot finishing on the 16th. On the 17th we start with the cabernet sauvignon and we end up by september 22nd.
This year we have incorporated in our installations a new cooling room, something that we have always rented and kept outside of the cellar. This improvement facilitates all the harvesting and vinification process.
