Tasting Notes
|
A pale glittering yellow wine with good legs. An attractive and potent aroma of white flowers, pear and vanilla with touches of citrus fruits. On tasting it is well balanced and smooth with a slight flavour of spicy tannin and fruit resulting from the time spent in oak barrels and a pleasant touch of honey. A lingering aromatic aftertaste.
We recommend serving the wine at a temperature between 12ºC and 14ºC.
